Anastasia Taskov, RCC, RP (Qualifying)
Registered Clinical Counsellor | Kelowna & Virtual

I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals virtually across Canada and in person here in Kelowna, BC.

My goal is to guide you in developing a deeper understanding of the thought processes and behavioural patterns that may be contributing to you feeling stuck. Our work will be collaborative in uncovering what you need to feel more at ease in your life and relationships.

I work with clients who primarily struggle with anxiety, trauma, people-pleasing and relationship issues. If this sounds like you, feel free to contact us or book a free 15-minute consultation below.

Types of Therapy

EYE MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION & REPROCESSING (EMDR) THERAPY

A type of trauma therapy that focuses on helping you process past traumatic or distressing experiences using bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements or tapping. EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity and triggers associated with difficult memories, allowing you to reflect on past experiences without feeling overwhelmed by them.

ACCEPTANCE & COMMITMENT THERAPY

Focuses on developing psychological flexibility, making space for difficult thoughts and feelings, and taking action toward what matters most to you.

ATTACHMENT-BASED THERAPY

I explore how early relationships and attachment experiences may influence your current relationships, sense of self, and emotional patterns.

SOMATIC/BODY BASED APPROACHES

Focuses on the mind-body connection, helping you better understand and regulate your nervous system and the physical experience of emotions.
